Program Director, Professional Services - Montreal

June 15, 2010 - Our client is an international company delivering mission critical products and business solutions to leading enterprise and service provider clients around the world.

They are currently looking for an exceptional individual to lead their professional services group. Responsible for both securing as well as delivering quality, profitable professional services to the company’s client base, this director level position requires someone that is business savvy, customer focused and experienced in managing teams of talented professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to:

• Manage a services delivery team
• Manage the ‘service business’
• Manage customer expectations
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop trust relationships with customer executives and stakeholders
• Work with sales teams to continuously expand existing programs and search for new opportunities within accounts
• Support pre-sales activities to ensure that the service commitments are attainable and profitable

This role requires a seasoned individual with 10+ years of management experience with 3-5 years at the senior level.

The candidate must have proven experience running large complex, multi-system projects/programs with budgets in the 5m+ range.

The candidate must have experience in the following: application software implementation, telecom or IT networks, experience with large OSS systems and major system integrator experience.
